Guide

Paid but the Order Is Still Being Checked

It is common to worry when you have already sent funds (or tapped “I paid”) but the order page still shows that payment is being checked. This guide explains what that usually means on Exswaping and what you should do next — without inventing fixed timelines.

Keep your order ID and transaction hash (txid) ready. Use only official contacts on exswaping.com. Do not send a second payment unless the order page and support instruct you to.

Two different moments customers confuse

Exswaping separates customer acknowledgement from confirmed payment:

  • You marked “I paid” / payment is being checked. You told the service that you sent funds. Operators still need to verify the transfer on the payment rail or blockchain. This is not yet “payment confirmed for settlement.”
  • Payment confirmed / payout in progress. The incoming payment has been verified. The service then works on sending your payout according to the order details and published rules.

The order page wording is the source of truth for your case. Internal numeric status codes are for operators; you do not need them to get help.

If you paid but status still says checking

  1. Confirm you are still on exswaping.com and viewing the correct order ID.
  2. Confirm the network, destination address, amount, and memo/tag (if the order showed one) match what you sent. See the network and memo checklist.
  3. Wait for the blockchain or bank rail to finish its own confirmations. Network congestion can delay detection.
  4. If the wallet shows a completed send but Exswaping still checks, contact support with order ID + txid (or payment reference).
  5. Do not create a second order and send again “to push it through.”

If payment is confirmed but payout takes longer

  • Recheck payout details on the order (card, account, phone for SBP where applicable).
  • Bank or AML review can add time — see AML/KYC and service rules.
  • Contact official support with the order ID. Ask for status clarification; do not accept a new payout address from an unsolicited chat.

Exswaping does not publish a single fixed payout deadline for every pair. Live estimates, when shown, belong on the order or calculator UI — not in this article.

What to send to support

  • Order ID
  • Transaction hash or payment reference
  • Network / method you used
  • Approximate send time
  • Screenshot of the send confirmation (hide balances and secrets if needed)

Never include seed phrases or private keys. If someone asks for them, stop and read fake Telegram support.

What not to do

  • Do not send a second payment to “unstick” the order.
  • Do not reuse an old deposit address from a finished order.
  • Do not change payout details mid-flight without support coordination.
  • Do not follow deposit addresses pasted only in social DMs.

FAQ

Does “I paid” mean the blockchain payment is verified?

No. It notifies operators. Verification still has to complete.

Wrong network — will funds return automatically?

Not automatically. Contact support with evidence. Recovery is not guaranteed.

Amount mismatch or underpayment

Keep the order open and contact support. Do not send random top-ups without instructions.
