Fake Telegram Support and Official Contacts

Scammers often impersonate exchange support in Telegram and other messengers. This guide explains how to reach official Exswaping support, which messages are unsafe, and what you should never share.

Exswaping will never ask for a seed phrase, private key, wallet remote-access, or banking SMS codes. Recovery after sending funds to a scammer address is not guaranteed.

Need help with a real order? Open Contacts on exswaping.com, keep your order ID ready, and do not reply to unsolicited DMs.

Official support channels

Start from the Exswaping website only:

  • Domain: exswaping.com (type it or use a saved bookmark).
  • Published contacts page: /en/contacts.
  • When Telegram support is published there, the verified public account is @exswaping.

Do not trust a Telegram account just because the display name says “Exswaping Support”. Always open the link from the official site, then compare the username.

How fake support usually works

  • Someone messages you first after you posted an order ID or asked for help in a public chat.
  • They send a new deposit address “because the previous one expired” or “to speed up payout”.
  • They ask you to move the conversation off the official site into a private chat.
  • They request a seed phrase, “wallet sync”, screen-sharing with full control, or 2FA codes.
  • The profile looks similar to Exswaping but the username has extra letters, numbers, or a lookalike character.

What Exswaping support will not ask for

  • Seed phrases or recovery words
  • Private keys or export files
  • Remote control of your phone or computer
  • Banking one-time SMS codes
  • Sending crypto to a personal wallet “to unlock KYC”

Support may ask for an order ID, a transaction hash (txid), screenshots of the send screen (without secrets), and the network you used. That is enough to investigate most payment questions.

Verify payment details only on the order page

Deposit address, network, amount, memo/tag (when shown), and payout details must match the open order on exswaping.com. If a messenger sends different details, stop. Do not send a second payment unless the official order page and support instruct you to.
