Who Exswaping is
Exswaping is a premium online crypto exchanger. Customers create an exchange order for a selected direction, send funds on the stated network or rail, and receive payout to the details they provide.
What service Exswaping provides
Exswaping prices and processes customer exchange orders for published directions (for example crypto to bank rails). It is not a multi-exchanger marketplace and not a BestChange clone — listings on independent monitors, where present, point back to this same service.
How an exchange works
- Choose a direction and amount on the exchange desk.
- Review the live quote: send amount, receive amount, rate, rate type, and payout availability for that order.
- Continue to recipient details, accept the required terms, and create the order.
- Send only on the network or rail shown for the order.
- After required confirmations, payout proceeds under the rate type you selected. Typical payout time is about 15–120 minutes after confirmations.
How rates are formed
Displayed rates come from Exswaping’s rate engine for the selected direction. The commercial service margin is included in the displayed rate. Network fees, when applicable, are shown separately. Min/max limits shown on the quote are the operational limits for that direction.
Fixed vs floating rates
- Fixed — the rate locks when the order’s fixation conditions are met and applies for the lock window of that order. The lock can expire if payment terms are not met in time.
- Floating — the rate shown on the quote is the current indicative rate. Recalculation can occur before fixation under that direction’s floating rules. The final rate is set when the deposit confirms.
How reserves / availability work
Public “reserve” figures reflect configured ledger availability for payout rails — not a promise of a personal hold and not necessarily a live wallet screenshot. On the quote, Exswaping shows whether availability is sufficient for your current order amount (for example “Available for this exchange”, “High availability”, or “Limited”).
How AML/KYC works
Most exchanges complete without additional action after you send on the correct network. Additional AML/KYC review may be required when risk signals apply. Support may request TXID, proof of wallet or card ownership, or source-of-funds details. If review cannot be completed, the exchange may be suspended and funds returned under the refund rules; AML-related refunds can include a service fee (up to 5%, max $100) plus network costs where applicable. Full policy: AML/KYC.
How support works
Use only support channels published on the official Exswaping site (contacts and related pages). Include your order number. Do not trust unsolicited bots or “new” support accounts that are not linked from the official domain.
How users can verify Exswaping externally
You can verify the official domain https://exswaping.com in the browser address bar before sending funds. Where Exswaping appears on independent exchange monitors, those listings should match the same service identity and direction economics shown on this site. Monitor presence is a listing signal — not a guarantee of every individual order outcome.
