If you provided an invalid, incorrect, or temporary email address, the request details can only be changed through video confirmation of the transaction (submitted as a Google Drive link).

Platform — The video must be recorded from the platform you used to make the transaction.
Content — The video must show you opening your transaction history and viewing its details. This confirmation helps verify that the deposit was indeed made by you. Key transaction details, such as the sender's address, hash, ticker, amount, and transaction date, should be clearly visible.
Quality — The video should be of good quality to ensure all details are clear.
Length — The video should be at least 10 seconds long.
Refresh — The page should be refreshed during the recording.
Google Drive — The video must be uploaded to Google Drive with access enabled for viewing.
