How is my rate calculated?

Most exchanges follow a simple path: you send on the correct network, the deposit confirms, then payout starts under the rate type you selected.

Floating rate on this order
The rate shown now is the current indicative rate for this direction. Recalculation can occur before fixation if the market moves under this direction’s floating rules. The final rate is set when the deposit confirms.
Correct network
Send only on the network shown for the selected asset. Other networks may not credit.
When the rate fixes
The rate fixes after the required confirmations for the deposit asset.
Payout window
Payout typically takes 15–120 minutes after required confirmations.
Split payouts
The service may split the payout into more than one payment when needed.
Live liquidity
The displayed rate is based on live market liquidity at processing time.

Normal flow

Most exchanges complete without additional action after you send on the correct network.

When additional review may be required

AML/KYC review can apply when wallet, transaction, or recipient risk signals require it under Exswaping compliance rules.

What you may need to provide

Support may ask for TXID, proof of wallet or card ownership, and — in some cases — source-of-funds details.

If review cannot be completed

The exchange may be suspended and funds returned under the refund rules. AML-related refunds can include a service fee (up to 5%, max $100) plus network costs where applicable.
