Rate fixation

Exchange rate fixation for the order is carried out as follows:

Payment is made exclusively via the TRC20 (TRX, TRON) network.
The exchange rate is fixed after 20 confirmations on the network.
If the exchange rate changes by 0.1% or more, the rate will be recalculated to the current rate. If the change is less than 0.1%, the payout will be made at the rate set at the time of order creation.
Payout may take from 15 to 120 minutes from the moment of 20 confirmations on the TRC20.
The exchange service reserves the right to split the payout into multiple payments.
The rate is fixed based on the BYBIT exchange order book.
We conduct mandatory AML checks for wallet addresses and transactions (tx). If the risk score exceeds 70%, the operation may be suspended, and a refund may be issued with a fee of up to 5% (maximum $100).
